Summer 2011, it feels like just yesterday. 

Here is the up close and personal graph of the horrific 2011 crash from 15 to zero.  Okay yes, it was a malicious trade that never actually happened, the trades were all rolled back so don't think it naturally crashed like that.  It was a bit excessive of a bubble though, going from $1 to $31 so fast.  Maybe the crash was good, if not for it maybe Bitcoins would cost a thousand bucks each.  It took more than a year to recover!
