Not quite 100% sure what this is, but..

Lending Teams are self-organized groups where members connect with each other and rally around shared lending goals.

Members of Kiva Lending Teams continue lending as individuals, but they have the option to count each loan they make towards the overall impact of one of their teams.

And there is a Bitcoin team!  Join their forces!

The website has loaned apparently $377 million total and has a 99% repayment rate.  That's nuts.
